Shaped chocolate russian gingerbread in double glaze. Extra soft!

The yeast-free dough is kneaded in two stages. The dough rests to make the gingerbread sponges porous and airy.

- Wheat flour made of grain from Altai's original fields.

- With rye flour rich in vitamins and minerals.

- With cocoa from selected cocoa beans.

- In protein and chocolate glaze.
