Earl Grey Imperiale Dried Fruit Salad 


  • Ingredients for 4 people: 
  • 4 teaspoons of Earl Grey Imperiale 
  • 250 g of dried apricots 
  • 160 g pitted prunes 
  • 160 g of raisins 
  • 70 g of dried figs 
  • 20 g of pine nuts 
  • half a glass of orange juice 
  • raw cane sugar 


Steep tea in about 800 cc of water, sweeten it and let it cool. 

Soak the dried fruits cut into small pieces. 

Let stand for a few hours at room temperature and add at the end the orange juice. 

Serve with unsweetened whipped cream apart.
