Ingredients:

– 185g Maruzzella Tuna Fillets

– 320g whole-wheat Farfalle

– 1 Tropea red onion

– 1 carrot

– 2 zucchini

– Taggiasca olives

– Basil

– Salt and EVO oil

Method:

Slice the Tropea onion thin and sauté in a pan with a little bit of EVO oil. Cut the zucchini and carrot in julienne strips and add them to the pan. Add the Taggiasca olives and let it cook for 6-7 minutes on high heat.

In the meantime, cook the whole-wheat Farfalle in boiling water with a tablespoon of coarse salt, drain them setting a cup of cooking water aside, then pour them into the pan, mix well with the cooking water and cook them. Add the Maruzzella Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil, add salt and mix. Remember to garnish the plate with a few basil leaves: Buon Appetito!
