Balsamic glaze IGP CREMOSO FIG MAZZETTI 215ml

Cremoso Fig is a gourmet glaze containing minimum 70% of “Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P.” and a percentage of fresh figs puree.

The intense and balanced taste of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena joined to the fruity and sweet note coming from the figs puree, deliver a tasty speciality characterized by a complex and smooth aroma.

Perfect for the decoration of cakes and ice creams or the seasoning of fruit salads. Also, it is suggested to be paired with seasoned cheeses or to give a special touch to tender meats.

The bottle is equipped with a special pourer which allows easy decoration and pouring.

Contains sulphites.
