Looking for a gourmet entree you can make in 3 steps? This one provides a good amount of protein, magnesium, selenium and omega 3, together with stellar taste.

All you need to do is buy a package of smoked salmon and use 4 other ingredients commonly found in the fridge or pantry to make a cold pasta salad you can serve in summer as well as in winter, when hosting a happy hour with friends.


300 g smoked salmon

3 tablespoons LIMMI lemon juice

1 bunch parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

4 tablespoons GALANTINO extra-virgin olive oil


Mix the extra-virgin olive oil with 3 tablespoons LIMMI lemon juice to make a tasty citronette salad dressing

Dice the salmon, and mince the parsley

Cook the pasta (penne or fusilli) till “al dente”, strain it, and combine it with the citronette, salmon, parsley, plus salt and pepper to taste.

Your salmon and lemon pasta salad is ready, in just 3 steps!
